Everything changed when I realized the problem was not me.

The problem was the lack of systems.

Once I learned how to automate enrollment, structure my operations, and run my center like a CEO instead of a burned out superhero, my business transformed fast. My classrooms filled, my stress dropped, and I finally built the stability I had been chasing for years.

Now I teach childcare owners how to do the same.
